European Energy covers all phases of wind and photovoltaic (PV) solar projects, from early development to operation and/or divestment of assets. Our company of 140 employees has since 2004 installed more than 1,000 MW of renewable energy. We operate globally and employ 120 different nationalities at our office in Søborg, Copenhagen. Our mission is to be a significant force in the global transition to a fossil free society.
As our new Project Assistant, you will work from our office in Søborg supporting European Energy’s business in our Emerging Markets. You will be part of our Project Department, which handles development and construction of our projects globally. The Emerging Markets team is currently very active in Brazil, but other markets may be added over time.
Areas of responsibility:
Your focus will be to assist in our project pipeline in various stages, to ensure that we are well coordinated and on top of all the issues relevant to the development, financing and construction of renewable assets. You will handle budget control and supplier payments for renewable energy projects in the development, construction and operation stages. Finally, you will liaise with various advisors, including legal, insurance and technical, as required by project demands

Professional skills we expect from you:
- You have completed a bachelor or master at university level or an equivalent institution within economics, administration or similar
- Preferably at least 1 years of experience as Project Assistant
- Knowledge of the renewable energy industry, primarily in wind and solar technologies is an advantage
- You are an expert user in MS Office
- You master English and Portuguese
