German-Speaking Project Manager & Sales Support
Are you fluent in German and ready to elevate internationally acknowledged chocolate products to new heights through commercial projects?
Toms Group is seeking a German-speaking Project Manager & Sales Support to oversee projects from start to finish in their dynamic Special Account department, with a focus on the German market and major German retailers. In close collaboration with internal teams and external partners, you will drive innovative collaborations and lead the development of tailored products and private label offerings.

The Role
As a project manager your primary task will be to ensure effective project management in close cooperation with the customers. In the Special Account team, products are tailored to the specific needs of customers, requiring alignment between the two parties and close follow up. You will be the project – and product owner for the specific customer-tailored solutions, working closely with colleagues within the team, across Toms. Solid communication skills are essential, and you must thrive in creating structure and overview in the process.
You will report to the Area Director for Special Accounts & Private Label.

Responsibilities include
- Leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
- Ensuring efficient implementation of customer input in the NPD process and establishing strong collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Communicating project progress, risks, and challenges to key stakeholders and escalating as needed.
- Managing project documentation and ensuring its accuracy and currency.
- Executing the new strategy and focus on key accounts within Special Accounts & Private Label.
- Collaborating with the sales team and Key Account Managers to identify new business opportunities and support proposal development and presentations.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally with a focus on solution-based sales in the food industry.
- Excellent project management, collaboration, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong commercial mindset with analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.
- Native German speaker or equivalent proficiency, with fluent written and spoken English.
- Experience working in Germany or familiarity with the German market is an advantage.
- Proven ability to collaborate across departments and with external partners.
