As our new Planning Coordinator, you will be a key player in an innovative company dedicated to developing crew competence in the maritime and energy sectors, enhancing safety and operational performance. You will not only plan training events but also build strong relationships with clients and colleagues, contributing to the success of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the Heart of Coordination: Handle incoming requests, plan and coordinate training events, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with full-time instructors, consultants, the customer service team, and the sales team to deliver top-notch service.
- Lead with Efficiency: Embody our core values, seek optimal solutions, and coordinate key activities both locally and globally.
- Stay Connected: Facilitate bi-weekly calls with customers, support the instructor team, and collaborate with our IT operation and Digital Department.
- Track and Report: Prepare reports and analysis on instructor and resource utilization, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
We Are Looking For:
We are on the hunt for someone with a background in planning and coordinating events, a strong grasp of MS Office tools, and experience in customer interaction. Whether you come from a similar role or have a maritime background, your ability to stay organized, communicate effectively, and bring a positive, solution-oriented attitude to the team will set you apart.
