We are seeking a Project Lead to the European supply chain team to be based in Tønder. This person will work on supply chain-related projects, and will be responsible for planning, co-ordinating, and executing European and local supply chain projects at production units in Denmark, Croatia, and Hungary. Hartmann's European division has 1100 employees and an annual turnover of 1.6 billion DKK.
About you and the job
As Project Lead, you will support the supply chain organisation in delivering optimum results on projects whose goals are improved efficiency and customer service. In your role you will report to the European Supply Chain Director.
Your key tasks
In this role, you will work closely with all supply chain teams such as purchasing, logistics, production planning and customer service. Additionally, you will be in regular contact with manufacturing, sales and marketing across Europe.
As a part of the supply chain team, your typical workday will place you at the intersection of design, planning, and involvement in the company's projects. These projects are executed with employees that possess specialised skill sets, selected and brought in to participate at different stages of a project over its lifetime.
This position requires approximately 30-40 days of travel per year.
About you
You are a positive, team-orientated person. You are persistent, structured, and detail-orientated. You have high standards for your own work and your team's work. You have the desire and the capability to pursue in depth knowledge regarding supply chain processes across all areas.
You hold a bachelor's degree or higher, and you have 2-3 years of practical experience in a project management position or from a project management office; now, you wish to move up in your career, face new challenges, and show what you are capable of.
It is expected that you either currently live or will be relocating within driving distance of Tønder. Knowledge of Danish is not required, but desirable. Fluent written and spoken English is required.

- Responsible for annual supply chain calendar.
- Direct project management as well as providing support and feedback for project managers.
- You will maintain a continuous overview of the project pipeline, resources, goals, and timelines.
- Developing analyses and materials for management and supply chain meetings.
- Project toolbox and KPI reporting.
- Internal communication.
- Support for the European Supply Chain Director, as needed.
