For GPV Group in Vejle Cruit Consult are searching for a passionate Project Manager to join and manage a wide portfolio of IT and digitalization related projects. You are invited aboard on an ambitious digitalization journey and you can look forward to numerous of projects across the group.
With a broad responsibility of corporate IT projects, you will be driving a portfolio of projects to ensure, that deliverables are delivered within the agreed time, cost and scope. As Project Manager you will also act as an important strategy enabler who helps to fulfil GPV’s digital targets, policies and development.

Expectations for you:
Travelling up to 30 – 40 days per year should be expected depending on tasks / projects.
In order to succeed as Project Manager, it is crucial that you hold an international mindset – with experience from international projects. You are process oriented and able to plan and prioritize individually as well as in close cooperation with colleagues and project stakeholders. You are passionate, look for opportunities and have a well-developed business understanding. You are analytical and structured, and you can present solutions and processes to business managers.
We expect the transport time from your place of residence to be a maximum of approx. 60 minutes from the company office in Vejle.

- Drive and manage a project portfolio of group wide IT and digitalization projects
- Stakeholder for management on both execution and management level in the projects and during rollout
- Internal communication regarding status and progress of the project portfolio within the GPV Group
- Driving the change management ERP transition on both production, management and reporting level
- Preparing project charters and decision material for new projects in close corporation with the business responsible
- Involvement in other initiatives or projects, that further helps the continues operational excellence journey in the GPV Group production sites

- A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience within a production company – either internally of externally from an IT consultancy
- Experience with digital and innovative business solutions
- Experience with business IT systems, e.g. ERP, MES., etc.)
- Strong PM skills and PRINCE2 qualified or similar
- You have strong communication skills – fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Danish and/or German language is an advantage but not a requirement
