IT Project Manager
Telia need to hire a project/delivery manager for the implementation of our Common CCI (Contact Center Infrastructure) initiative, in the overall Convergent Customer Care project.
Customers expect seamless journeys across channels, and to combine different channels in the same service interaction.
Telia Norway has focused on consolidating brands on the same CCI (Telia Ace), but Get-brand is currently on two platforms (Loxysoft and Zisson), in addition to also handling contact through outsourcing partner TelePerformance (Avaya). This results in suboptimal resource utilization and limited flexibility for overflow between brands.
Telia Norway is moving towards a flexible resource pool for Customer Care and needs all operations on the same platform with intelligent routing. Skills-based routing will also remove organizational silos.
Telia should therefore migrate all operations on one common CCI platform, and in the same instance. It is the identified Common CCI initiative that will achieve this through planning and implementing on one common CCI solution (based in Telia Ace proposition).
Key Deliverables Create plan for implementation / migration on common CCI solution (based in Telia Ace proposition);
• Assess & estimate work needed for common CCI platform for telephony services (i.e. IVR, routing/queueing, phone controls, outbound dialer, etc.) for Get and outsourcing partners.
• Execution plan for IT
• Implementing for IT Project lead the following;
1. Assess & identify needed IT and technical resources
2. Plan, coordinate and book needed IT and technical resources
3. Coordinate with Customer Care implementation plan
4. Report to steering group on progress and project activities, risks etc
5. Complete the project within defined timeline and deliver project report This project is the first in a convergence strategy for Customer Care involving IT capacities.
Results on this project may extend into upcoming initiatives.
