CTO Global Business Process Manager (BPM)

Travel the world with us in a role that gives you global influence in our effort to transform FLSmidth into a CTO (Configure to Order) company.

About the role

As BPM (Business Process Manager) you will be responsible for the full end to end process standardisation and optimisation, working across the full value stream with a wide range of stakeholders, in order to ensure an efficient and fast end to end process, covering order handling, engineering and supply chain.

Our strategy is to develop a strong concept of standardization/modularization of our products, enabling us to conduct business as a CTO organisation in order to dramatically reduce cost and lead-time to the benefit of our customers. This means standardizing the global process and ensuring IT tools meet the strategy.

  • Reporting and providing your recommendations to the Head of Business Process Management and the Executive Business Process Owner (EBPO) of products to ensure optimal strategic decision-making

“You are essentially responsible for optimising the entire value stream for CTO: from the initial lead to final delivery. You are the bridge between strategy and a global stakeholder community, and you have the opportunity to make tactical decisions that influence our entire CTO value stream. Your voice can really make a difference here,” says Head of Business Process Management & Business Change Projects, Marlene Riise.

Your qualifications:

With your natural drive and excellent stakeholder management skills, you are able to gain commitment from colleagues across departments and geographical locations and turn it into tangible results. In connection to this, you also have:
