Fertin Pharma is looking for a competent and dedicated Project Manager, who will be involved in expanding our product portfolio. You will be part of ChewTech – a product development department, that plays an important role in Fertin Pharma’s overall strategy by launching product in the Nutraceuticals, Cannabinoids and Nicotine Containing Products segments.

As Project Manager you are in the lead of projects related to product development and implementation of derived processes within those product categories.

Job description:


  • You are responsible for managing the projects from Front-End activities to commercial production
  • You are responsible for project plans, budgets, and milestones
  • You engage cross functional teams, motivate team members and ensure valuable collaboration
  • You work in close collaboration with Business Development and Sales
  • You work in close collaboration with product developers and other project members in order to meet the agreed deadlines and output
  • You work in close collaboration with managers in the organization on the project team members performance, development and competencies
  • You manage large or small project groups that consist of highly qualified laboratory and product development colleagues
  • You identify, establish and maintain contact to relevant external partners or sub-contractors.

Your background and personal profile:


  • You have minimum 3-5 year experience with project management and understands both the technical and the commercial side of projects
  • You have business acumen
  • You have solid experience within the pharmaceutical and/or nutraceutical industry
  • You see challenges and not problems
  • You have a natural drive and a positive attitude
  • You work independently and enjoy being in front as well as gathering teams to a mutual effort
  • You are systematic and take a general view of complicated tasks, but can also go into detail when necessary
  • You are extrovert as a person and work proactively both internally and with external collaborators
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English.
