PROCESS ENGINEER - OPERATIONS & SUPPLY CHAIN


Fertin Pharma was recently acquired by Philip Morris International (PMI) and at Fertin Pharma, our mission is to support healthier living. We help leading global brands create pharmaceutical and nutraceutical products to support healthier living. With our new owner onboard, Fertin will continue to pursue its mission and at the same time be a key enabler in building a smoke-free future together with our new owner.

For our newly established and fast growing state-of-the-art production of all white pouches we are searching for a Process Engineer.

In this position you will:

  • Ensure that processes and machinery standards are sustainable, correctly defined and properly documented
  • Work together with the technical staff within the area to fill the identified skills gap and develop the adequate technical expertise
  • Act as the SME for Pouch technology and be the contact person for the Global teams and OEM and tech transfer
  • Act and promote an interdependent and transparent safety culture fostering the utilization of preventive/predictive approach in line with LEAN/Open+
  • Lead/coordinate or participate in special project teams to improve the overall factory performance and foster the implementation of global initiatives
  • Create and develop supporting documentation to simplify the transfer knowledge and facilitate production data management
  • Lead/coordinate complex process/system project from the definition of options/solutions (technical development/research) to the implementation and post projects monitoring
  • Provide coaching, counselling and guidance to the production staff and less experienced peers by sharing technical expertise and knowledge frequently.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Engineering degree or another equivalent education.
  • 5+ years’ experience related to production, project management and engineering
  • Danish would be an advantage and good command of English is a must
  • Functional expertise is required in connection with good knowledge of the Office package
  • Experiences in project management, LEAN, Open+, machinery equipment and data analytics (PBI, Excel, Minitab).
