Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant you will take part in various public affairs tasks both from an EU and national perspective. Such activities will include effective public affairs engagement with key audiences and influencers, annual planning and coordination in relation to stakeholder engagement, coordinating political visits, research and gathering of data and preparation of briefing packages and strategies to senior management. The role will also include administrative and logistical tasks. Furthermore, we expect that you can work independently with the tasks, while at the same time mastering a team player mindset and a humble and positive attitude towards people and challenges. As the position is being a link between various stakeholders, we also see that you are driven individual with a strong sense of quality and good skills in conceptual thinking, communication and interpersonal relationships.
Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.
