Then maybe it is you we are looking for as a supervisor for our reception team.
We are a newly opened budget hotel on Lergravsvej on Amager, where service is our fucus and energy is put into the details.
We are looking for a supervisor for the reception who has been in the business for some time and wants to take the next step in their career. We are part of a chain of 4 hotels, and are in rapid development and we like to reward loyalty and hard work.
The position is a full-time position of 148 hours spread over 4 weeks on 18 shifts. The shifts are usually in the period 07: 00-00: 10 on weekdays, holidays and weekend shifts, in a rolling schedule.
Work tasks:
Responsible for getting the roaster covered when someone is sick
Training of colleagues
Daily motivation of the team
Create roasters in collaboration with the hotel manager
Ensure a good professional check in / out of guests
Welcoming, happy and down to earth service of our guests
Handling cash
Telephone service
Reservations and anwsering emails etc.
Follow fire and safety procedures
Sales from our bar as well as light cleaning in the lobby
Be a good colleague
Ad Hoc assignments given by management

You have experience from a similar position, but not a requirement

ou have a good energy and a positive attitude.
You are meeting stable, flexible, loyal and a responsible employee
You want to work closely with management
