Beauty Avenue is looking for a receptionist for a part-time position of 12-15 hours per week with the option of full-time during February-March 2022
Would you like to help provide our guests with an unforgettable experience - and be an important part of running a larger service company, where you get lots of experience with customer service, traffic controlling, sales and bookings? Then this position is for you.
We are also a very busy place and everyday is a different and an exciting opportunity to give our guests the very best experience. We offer exclusively sustainable, natural and organic treatments and products.
We do not require you to know a lot about beauty treatments or products as you will be trained in everything you need to know. However, it is a great advantage to have knowledge of the experience industry, to have a good understanding of IT, so you can quickly get to know our booking system, and to be curious about running a successful service company.

- Is structured, can keep track of many guests and therapists, and a quick learner
- Passionate about giving all our guests the very best experience
- Likes selling luxurious, organic beauty products
- Speaks and writes English — Danish is a great plus
- Dare to take responsibility and can work both independently and in a team
- Likes to work with a diverse team
- Has good technical understanding
Your tasks:
- Servicing our guests
- Booking and selling treatments over the telephone, via email and in-house
- Sales of products, including cosmetics, skin and hair care products
- Check-in and check-out of guests as well as “traffic-controlling”
We offer:
- A part-time / student study job of 12-15 hours per week spread over 2-3 working days
- Full-time opportunity in February-March 2022 (37 hours a week)
