We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our dedicated Front Office team. Hotel d'Angleterre seeks not only a high level of experience and education, but also dynamic, pragmatic and flexible people with a highly developed sense of guest service and luxury.

ABOUT THE JOB
Our receptionists are responsible for the daily operation at the reception. Besides checking hotel guests in and out, according to the Leading Hotels of the World standards, they assist our guests with different requests, monitors safety and handle other administrative tasks. You will represent the heart of the hotel and will work close together with all the other departments. This role offers great opportunity to develop both professional and personal in an environment where no days are alike.
WE EXPECT
You are outgoing, service-minded and you enjoy the role as host. We also expect that you have experience from other hotels, preferably international and from the luxury segment. You thrive in an energetic and hectic environment with many tasks at the same time, and you manage to still maintain full overview. You understand the importance of always being ‘on stage’ and always being fresh, rested and "perfectly groomed". Just as we expect you speak and understand Danish, English and perhaps a third language.
