We are looking for a full time receptionist in my wellness and massage clinic in the very center of Copenhagen.
The working hours are 36-37 hours per week - Monday-Wednesday in the time period 13-19/19:15, and Thursday-Friday in the time period 10-19/19:15.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, the job consists of booking clients by phone and in person, cleaning and keeping the clinic clean. You will be responsible for closing and getting the clinic ready for opening the next day.
You are an service-minded, smiling, outgoing and detail-oriented person. You understand and write English, and as a minimum you are learning Danish - we have both Danish and foreign clients. You have a keen eye for details, and you love working with service on an exclusive and personal level, where the client is completely in focus.
You know Word and Excel well, and you would also like to have worked with checkout and/or booking systems in the past.
You are a non-smoker.
We are a team of up to 20 therapists and receptionists. We have 4-6 therapists on the job at a time, but always only 1 hostess/host, so you must be able to work independently, while at the same time radiating energy and calmness.
