We are looking for an experienced Reception Supervisor – full time - to join our dedicated front office team. Hotel d'Angleterre seeks not only a high level of experience and education, but also dynamic, pragmatic and flexible people with a highly developed sense of guest service and luxury.

ABOUT THE JOB
Our Reception Supervisors are responsible for leading the reception team during the shifts. You will report to the Front Office Manager. The position requires good attention to details, accuracy, full understanding of hotel operations and the ability to multi-task. Besides elevating our guests, the Reception Supervisor is responsible for rooms’ allocations, communication and handover between shifts, training and directing the Receptionists in a clear precise manner and to ensure that all tasks of the shifts are carried out to the highest standards and according to the Leading Hotels of the World standards. As Reception Supervisor, you are expected to have the full knowledge of all happenings in the hotel, have a clear understanding of the rooms’ availability and current promotions. You will be expected to recover unexpectable situations, report accordingly and proactively look for improving processes.
WE EXPECT
That you are outgoing, service-minded and that you enjoy the role as host. We also expect that you have experience from other hotels, preferably international and from the luxury segment. You thrive in an energetic and hectic environment with many tasks at the same time, and you manage to still maintain full overview. You understand the importance of always being ‘on stage’ and always being fresh, rested and "perfectly groomed". Just as we expect you speak and understand English and it would be an advantage if you speak a Scandinavian language and perhaps a third language.
