Are you on the hunt for extra income? Then it's your lucky day! Four FM are now searching for you that want to substitute as a receptionist in an international environment located in Copenhagen.
Your job will be to fill in when the permanent receptionists are absent, for example on vacation or on sick leave. It is preferable if you also have another employment, or maybe are a student, since the hours will vary depending on the need.
Your responsibilities will be:
Qualifications:
To succeed we see that you are service-minded and comfortable communicating with a lot of different people, in person, on the phone, or via e-mail, since a large part of the job consists of taking care of visitors and service them and other people working in the building in their day to day work.
You need to be able to communicate well in Danish and English.
You need to be used to different administrative tasks and well acquainted with the different Office programs.
We see that you are a driven person with an eye for seeing what needs to be done. If you don't have all the information to perform a task, you are not afraid to "investigate" how to reach the finish line.
We will see it as extra merit if you also have experience from:
Previous work in reception.
Worked in an international environment, communicating in English.
Working hours:
The number of hours will vary. You will be offered shifts depending on the need.
The working hours will vary, depending on the assignment, but it will be within "office hours", usually 08:00-17:00.
Start date:
Start in November.

- Greet and guide visitors.
- Answer the phone.
- Book meeting rooms.
- Prepare meeting rooms.
- Perform some maintenance in the facility, for example, take care of the plants and the coffee machine.
- Manage invoices.
- Shipping and receiving of mail and goods.
- Other tasks connected to reception or Facility Management.
