Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, including Project Team members, Customers, Partners and Members of the Project Core Team.

As an Office Coordinator, you will support the general administrative functions of a wide variety of administrative and practical routine work in our offices in Denmark Amerika Plads & Hvidovre site.

We'll look to you for :

  • Serve as a receptionist or the first point of contact for internal and external contacts and provide general office support
  • Preparing for meetings
  • Manage the access control systems (ID badges/token)
  • Communicate routine and general information to employees, and contractors about standard services, processes, and procedures using prescribed or established guidelines (lunch, breakfast, cars, parking)
  • Primary contact to lunch provider about changes
  • Assist with routine travel arrangements
  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies
  • Maintain and update mailing lists
  • Perform data entry as required (Education and training)
  • Provide ad hoc support, including organization of on-site and off-site team events

  • Experience working in similar roles
  • Good skills with MS Office

  • Excellent in oral and writing skills in English and any Scandinavian language will be a plus.
