Are you smiling and accommodating, and can you manage to provide all our tenants and guests with a great and professional experience? Do you have a natural aptitude for service and do you thrive in a high pace environment with a varied workday? Then you might be our new Receptionist.

Your primary area of responsibility will be to ensure that our guests and tenants feel themselves in the center when they are with us.

Based on our high service level, you must ensure that you always meet the requests of our tenants accurately and smoothly. You will have many points of contacts and must be able to handle inquiries from both guests and tenants.

The working hours will be between 07.45-17.00, Mondays to Fridays and weekends on occasion.

Opgaver

Your workday will be full of variation and you will be in daily contact with our tenants in Copenhagen Towers:

  • Manning of the Copenhagen Towers Reception
  • Point of contact and dialogue with tenants and guests
  • Handling phone and emails
  • Daily communications with other departments including housekeeping, F&B and the conference team.
  • Various administrative tasks

You are serviceminded and have a professional approach to your work.

You are trustworthy, committed, and love practicing service.

You are a good colleague who appreciates working together across the various teams and departments.

Finally, to be a success in this position you

  • Speak and write English and at least on of the Scandinavian languages
  • Know your way around O365
  • Are structured with strong administrative skills
