- University degree
- Excellent spoken Danish, Japanese and English. Standard level of writing in Danish, Japanese and English ability is also needed.
- Basic computer skills (especially Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Residential address within the City of Copenhagen or surroundings.
- Job description
- To take phone calls from outside in Danish, English and Japanese, then transfer these calls to related sections.
- To answer easy consular inquiries.
- To take care of the overall telephone setup for the Embassy’s closing dates.
- To deal with administrative works of the Embassy. For example, car arrangement, ordering stationary and its inventory, setting meeting, organizing conference, contacting to outside organization, etc.
- To receive and deliver newspaper, posts, etc.
- To take care of visitors and delivery in cooperation with security guards.
- To translation contracts in Danish and Japanese (not so often).
- Making appointments, arranging schedules, and taking part in meetings for the Embassy diplomats and visitors from Japan.
- Other related tasks for maintaining and strengthening the relationship between Denmark and Japan.
- Conditions
- Salary: Based on Embassy regulations
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30, including one-hour lunch break. Overtime and work during weekends may also be requested.
