AGC Biologics is looking for a new receptionist

Are you service-minded? Do you have an easy smile and love to be in a job where service is at the center? Do practical and administrative tasks give you energy? Then maybe you are our new Receptionist.

The job & the company

You will be part of the Facility Management - Reception and Service Team at our Copenhagen site in Søborg, where we are fully committed in supporting and assisting the entire organization. Your most important task will be that our guests and colleagues are helped in a professional and welcoming manner.

You will join a team of 7 other colleagues in an integral department of the company. The team ensures a presentable and well-functioning Reception & Services, while handling a large part of the house's practical tasks, that is why you always have a positive and solution-oriented approach to both small and large assignments. We have around 1.000 employees at our Copenhagen site. The position is full time (37 hours/week) and working hours will be placed between 07:00 – 16:30, Monday – Friday.

Job tasks:

  • Working at the main reception and front desk: registration and welcoming of visitors, taking care of employees, and helping them in their requests

  • Email handling, call forwarding
  • Issuing badges, access cards and access control for employees, visitors, and external workers
  • Support and booking conference rooms for in-house and external meetings
  • Travel and event support
  • Uploading and updating internal information and announcements in company intranet
  • Assisting FM, HR, and other departments in various practical tasks

Personal qualifications:

  • You have a professional manner and appearance, are outgoing and accommodating
  • You have excellent customer service and communication skills
  • You have the ability of collaborating with a diverse team within a multicultural environment as well as working independently You are a proactive problem-solver who is not afraid to take ownership of the tasks and execute them
  • You appreciate a dynamic working day, where you keep your service level high (and your smile) even in the busy periods of the day
  • You show good attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines and prioritize assignments

Professional qualifications

  • It will be great if you have experience from a similar position from office or hotel industry
  • Related education with administration, reception, commercial or clerical will be an advantage
  • A combination of education and work experience has given you a good idea about the requirements of a multinational, dynamic and flexible work environment
  • You have strong IT skills and good experience with MS Office suite
  • You can easily familiarize yourself with new systems, processes, and workflows
  • You can communicate and write fluently in English and Danish
