Business Controller PT CC South America

We are recruiting a Business Controller for our Customer Center in South America Region (Chile, Perú, Bolivia, Argentina)

This role serves as the financial lead of Customer Center and is part of the Senior Management Team. The position reports hierarchically to the General Manager of the Customer Center, and functionally to the Division VP Business Controllers.

The mission is to Lead a Lean administration process, providing actionable financial information, with risk control for a sustainable growth.

• Managing Financials - Responsible for the accuracy of the region financials including market contribution, receivables and payables
• Reporting & Analysis - Provides accurate, actionable and timely financial reporting, with root cause of variances, and commentary that leads to an understanding of the business, enabling improved decision making and identification of opportunities.
• Capital Management – Responsible of the working capital accuracy. Supports capital investment requests by providing accurate financial analysis that meets profitability goals, and then track the company assets.
• Risk Control: Responsible of the Accouting & Financial processes, to ensure compliance and effectiviness with Laws, corporate guide lines and auditors. Their continuous improvement aim for zero waste and real-time information.
• Projects – contribute to identify business or efficiency opportunities,
• Manage the Financial, Accouting, cycle count and IT teams

Education requirements

• Accounting or finance Bachelor degree required, with CPA or MBA
  Experience requirements

• 15+ years experience in Financial environment
• Expertise in Excel data compilation (i.e. pivot tables, VLookup, Macros, VBA)
• Experience in Finance Team management
• Exposition to International business environment & Large company
