About the job

The financial Controller will play a critical role in monitoring and analyzing the financial performance of the SaaS business.

You will be part of a small but effective finance team of 4 and report to the Finance Director. while coordinating and working closely with teams across the business including management and sales.

You’re proactive and have a high degree of self-dependence and feel a strong responsibility for your work and for the results you deliver. You can work with tight deadlines and understand how to prioritize your work to ensure a high-quality deliverable.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure an accurate Business Controlling and follow-up on relevant KPI´s
• Ensure that timely, accurate and insightful financial and business information is available for decision making in the management team
• Maintain and develop KPI dash boards
• Prepare financial reporting packages for Bauer Group
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance metrics
• Ad hoc financial analysis

What we expect

• A solid financial background combined with demonstrable and relevant commercial experience and insight
• A strong analytical mind set
• Strong skills with MS Excel
• You have good understanding of accounting principles
• Strong written and spoken English language skills
• Passion and enthusiasm for technology with a fine attention to detail
