Business Operations Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter to support Milestone in its growth and maturity journey in the Americas region as a Business Operations Analyst. In this role, you will dive deep into all aspects of Milestone’s business and the Video Management Software market. Milestone has a big vision for the future. This position will work a hybrid schedule out of our Americas headquarters in Lake Oswego, OR, but occasional travel will be required, and will report to our Director of Finance and Business Operations, Americas.

Responsibilities

• Propose and design ad hoc regional leadership and executive analysis for the GTM region
• Manage cross-functional optimization projects, engage stakeholders, and ensure task completion
• Research and design business cases for regional changes, including headcount, service offerings, and global reporting
• Develop full-cycle change management plans for organizational changes
• Serve as the first point of contact for the corporate strategic initiative in the GTM region
• Manage tasks, responsibilities, and action items for the Americas GTM region leadership team
• Facilitate communication between regional teams and global teams related to reporting, deliverables, and implementation strategies
• Manage corporate strategic initiative communications, change management, and reporting
• Develop creative solutions to business problems
• Analyze business data, strategies, and business decisions
• Design, propose, and implement operational optimization processes for regional teams
• Act as a contributing member of the department leadership team, addressing challenges, coordinating efforts, and leading team activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree related to Analytics/Business Intelligence/Statistical Analysis
• Proficient in MS Excel (must have: pivot tables, formulas, data visualization, VBA), PowerBI (or similar), databases, and SQL
• Ability to synthesize ambiguous ideas and multiple stakeholder requirements into a single, well-defined deliverable
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills, with an agile mindset
• Highly curious and creative approach to problem-solving
• Experience working in a global company with frequent cross-region collaboration
• Experience running large, cross-functional projects
• Ability to make quick decisions
• Attention to detail
• Experience identifying opportunities for further analysis, generating complete analysis requirements, and tailoring analysis to an audience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate, collaborate, and negotiate across any audience
• Software or Security industry experience a plus
• Sales experience a plus

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $70,873 to $163,472 with most candidates falling in the $87,189 to $129,990 range. Pay is based on the level, location, complexity, responsibility, and job duties of the specific position and is just one component of Milestone’s total compensation package. Additionally, we offer an attractive benefits package that includes medical/dental benefits, FSA or HSA, 401k with 6% Safe Harbor employer match, paid parental leave, generous PTO (20 days' vacation, 10 days paid sick time, and 10 company holidays), fully paid Short Term disability policy, fully paid Long Term disability policy, and Life Insurance.
