What tasks are waiting for you?

• Global reconciliation of all group intercompany transactions at transaction type level (including reaching out to group entities to clarify, assist in correcting intercompany reporting).
• Responsible for follow-up on intercompany data reported (in our group consolidation system for transfer pricing purpose).
• Preparing reports with intercompany transaction values and financial data for upload to our transfer pricing tool.
• Quality review of uploaded data to ensure correct transaction types and company types for all intercompany transactions.
• Preparing analyses to document intercompany pricing vs. external pricing.
• Maintain and update Excel sheet used for high-level overview of intercompany transaction types and value.

It would be great if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree e.g. in Business Administration, Auditing, Finance, Accounting or similar and experience as a Controller;
• good communication skills in English, both spoken and written;
• skills to manage your own time, adapt to new tasks/priorities and not afraid to take initiatives;
• well organized and detailed oriented way of working;
• possibility to travel abroad (from time to time);
• knowledge of programs such as e.g.: Excel, Adobe Acrobat Pro. Big advantage will be e.g. Impero, BPC, TP Reptune, Microsoft AX, Navision and/or Dynamics 365.
