We are located in Lyngby and have more than 25 years of experience with air freight within Europe. We currently operate 18 Boeing 767 based in Cologne (UPS), Leipzig (DHL) and Billund (Maersk). In 2024, we will expand by adding 2 Boeing 777 to our operation in Billund.

We are now looking for a Crew and Traffic Controller in our Integrated Operations Control Centre (iOCC) based in Lyngby.

What you'll be doing:

• You will be working on a 24/7/365 shift pattern within the Integrated Operations Control Centre.
• You will be part of a team of 12 crew & Traffic Controllers
• Supervision of running MAC flight operation during shift considering legal, safety regulations and commercial/economical aspects
• Operational optimization (e.g., safety, economy, reliability, punctuality, utilization of assets and crew) and establishment of an optimal operations environment for on-time flight operations considering operational disruptions caused by delays and other irregularities.
• Assurance of proper in-flight assistance (flight following, re-routing, diversion)
• Short term optimization of aircraft schedule and rotation in close cooperation with commercial units.
• Providing worldwide dispatch service for all MAC flights to ensure a safe and economic flight execution including in-flight assistance if required.
• Supervision of all MAC cockpit crew members to assure best utilization of crew in accordance with the operational flight schedule and all legal rules and other agreements between crew member and MAC companies.
• Serve as point of contact for all upcoming crew matters.

We are looking for:

• Fluent in Danish (or Swedish/Norwegian) and English.
• Experience in airline/airport environment
• Knowledge of airline production related processes
• Experience in operational Flight Planning / Flight Dispatch
• Good communication skills and conflict handling as team player
• Good decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced demanding environment.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and various cloud solutions. It is also an advantage to have a flair for IT in general.
