We are currently looking for a Financial Controller (maternity cover) for our finance team in Copenhagen.

Your responsibilities

• Monthly consolidation and reporting of consolidated financials to Parent company MillerKnoll.
  
  
• Monthly controlling and balance sheet reconciliations, including analytical review.
  
  
• Preparation of accounting memos under US-GAAP
  
  
• Maintain and develop internal control environment in close cooperation with internal audit at parent company MillerKnoll
  
  
• Complex accounting matters (e.g. leases, share-based compensation etc.)
  
  
• Perform internal controls.
  
  
• Close collaboration with FP&A team at Parent company MillerKnoll
  
  

Your profile

The right candidate for this position has at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar role or as an auditor, and has the following experience:

• Proficiency in IFRS and Danish Financial Statements Act and ability to write technical accounting memos.
  
  
• Strong communication skills and fluent in Danish and English
  
  
• Excellent documentation skills
  
  
• Experienced user in Excel
  
  
• Experience with US-GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) is an advantage, since Muuto has implemented a SOX control environment.

The role is a maternity cover for at least 12 months and is a fulltime position.
