Interim Business Controller to our client based in Aarhus, Denmark
The Business Controller will support our professional service management team in identifying and securing all additional billable activities.
• Being the “go to“-person for Professional Services reporting and follow-up.
• Assisting management teams to confirm and identify billable improvements
• Reporting
• Billing
• Following up on incidents/service requests
• Finding additional billable candidates
• Ensuring quality of data and drive improvement plans
• Close cooperation with senior management
• Maintaining overall P&L picture where possible and additional income secured
• Securing and working across the division to clarify billable tasks
• Documenting lessons learned and improvements made
• Great presentation skills and confident in leading meetings
• Excellent troubleshooting skills, structured approach to work
• Goal-oriented, accurate personality with professional attitude
• Must be able to work independently as well as be part of an international team
• Good English/Danish verbal and written skills
• Position based in Aarhus but travels to Copenhagen may be required when relevant
• Strong & Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills
• Understanding Navision & business processes
• Service Now experience is a strong advantage
• Understanding IT outsourcing/networking is a strong advantage
• ITIL Certified is an advantage
