As our new Business Process Specialist, you will work with key stakeholders across the company and earn vast experience in project management, process optimization and Microsoft Dynamics 365
Join Global Operations to transform our ERP system
At GN Hearing, we work to lead major technology shifts with intelligent audio solutions. But technology shifts do not only happen within our products. To comply with our continuous growth and gain of market shares, we are preparing the GN Hearing business worldwide for the future by replacing our current ERP systems with one shared Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform.
You will be part of our Global Supply Chain organization focusing on the ERP implementation. The team is in charge of the ERP project and you will be a key contributor to the new system, directly supporting the head of the GOP ERP team.
Streamline and implement processes
Your main objective will be to align and streamline our processes across manufacturing and distribution sites worldwide, looking at the good of the whole and not only to the needs of the individual process or site. You will drive our harmonization efforts and explore new ways of working ensuring that the maximum output is gained from the investments in the new ERP system. To achieve this, you will:
Become a key player in a large-scale global project
Joining us as a key contributor in this global project you will get ample opportunity to put your skills to the test. Travelling across the globe you will also gain solid insights into how our sites work in places such as the UK, the US, China and Malaysia.

- Interact with global and local specialists, management and process owners to streamline processes across sites
- Plan, drive and participate in workshops at the various sites
- Ensure that our processes comply with the expectations of the Group Operations Process owners
- Collaborate with the external implementation partner to ensure the implementation of processes and system requirements
- Ensure buy-in and engagement across the organization
- Drive process mapping of both existing and future processes to ensure that our overall guiding strategy and principles in the ERP program are adhered to

Experience with process optimization
A desire to improve efficiency and exploit new technology is the force that drives you. With your keen cultural understanding and excellent communication skills you easily work with stakeholders at all level and across nationalities. You are confident in your work and naturally instill trust in those around you.
Moreover, we expect you to have:
- A master’s degree in economics, business administration or similar
- Some years of business experience within consulting, supply chain management, process development or similar
- Solid process development experience as well as experience working on projects
- An understanding of ERP systems, and it is a plus if you know Navision, Dynamics 365 or SAP – if you have previously been involved in the implementation of ERP systems, this is likewise an advantage
- Excellent both qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- The ability and desire to travel internationally approximately 30-40 days per year
