Your mission
As Queue-it's Finance Specialist, you will join an experienced and motivated Finance team where you will report directly to the CFO. Your role is to operate and optimize financial processes across the organization, and to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records to support the company's stakeholders.

Your mission
As Queue-it's Finance Specialist, you will join an experienced and motivated Finance team where you will report directly to the CFO. Your role is to operate and optimize financial processes across the organization, and to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records to support the company's stakeholders.
What you get to do every day
- Process monthly invoicing
- Prepare quotes for new customers
- Process revenue recognition
- Complete tax forms
- Monitor and report on accounts receivables
- Communicate with customers to request and arrange payments.
- Maintain data in systems updating information as needed.
- Record and track payments in our ERP-system (e-conomic).
- Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.
What you bring to the team
Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in a relevant fieldExperience:
- 3+ years of relevant experience from a comparable role
- Experienced in ERP systems (we use e-conomic)
Skills:
- Great communication skills, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Professional fluency in English (the company language) and Danish
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
Mindset:
- Proactive and responsible
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
