Do you want to use your experience within IFRS and Financial reporting, and do you enjoy working with continuous development in an international environment, then this role may be something for you.
You will play a significant role in reporting and advising in matters regarding accounting and IFRS issues to our global Finance organization.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will deliver ongoing support to the subsidiaries as well as to other group functions and management. You will join a team where the roadmap for the coming year contains interesting projects and you will have the opportunity to create your mark on the execution of these.

The primarily focus of the role include:
- Financial controlling of subsidiaries
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS, Danish accounting requirements and other accounting matters
- Participate in developing the future reporting set-up and developing a controlling set-up, which will lead to a high quality in general in the reporting set-up
- Developing our global financial reporting system SAP BPC and optimizing our reporting processes
- Participate in preparing consolidated accounts and Annual Report for the LEO Pharma Group in accordance with IFRS and Danish GAAP
- Participate in coordination of Group audit as well as provide documentation for the audit
- Participate in developing and maintaining the group’s accounting policies, updating the Groups Finance manual and implementing new IFRS standards etc.
Your profile
We imagine you have a finance degree, such as HD(R) or cand.merc.aud., and have worked as an auditor in an international audit firm and have experience with IFRS. It is an advantage if you have 2-3 years of experience from a similar function in an international company. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have experience with BPC Consolidation.
On a personal level, your positive, systematic and analytic way to work ensures that you strive to find the best solution to a process or problem, no matter the tasks. You see the big picture but are able to zoom in on details when required. You have drive and are motivated by solving both complex issues but also solving daily “hands-on” tasks in high quality.
You have a good sense of humor and a positive approach. Further, you should thrive in a changeable environment, where you will need to help establish and optimize new processes, while at the same time deliver on the specific tasks - sometimes with short deadlines.
It is important that you can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks as well as running projects with a lot of different stakeholders.

You will become part of a highly dedicated team of three Group Controllers in the Group Controlling & External Reporting team under Global Accounting & Tax, which is responsible for the consolidated reporting and controlling activities of LEO Pharma. You will be working at the Group’s Headoffice at Ballerup.
