Would you like to participate in an International Environment and support and further develop the Group financial reporting in a global organization
Do you want to use your solid experience within IFRS and Financial reporting, and do you enjoy working with continuous development in an international environment, then this role may be something for you.
You will be an important member in the department External Reporting and Group Controlling, which is part of Global Finance in LEO Pharma. It is a dedicated team of app. 3 motivated and talented specialists. The department is responsible for enabling the finance organization to comply with LEO Pharma’s Reporting principles (LEO Pharma GAAP). Last but least the department is involved and responsible for the execution of finance related M&A activities.
Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will be an important player in the development of the future external reporting set-up, i.e. a professional reporting set-up of a high quality. You will be responsible for running some of the important exciting projects in Group Controlling to secure high quality in the numbers. You will join a team where the roadmap for the coming year contains interesting projects and you will have the opportunity to create your mark on the execution of these.

The primarily focus of the role include:
- Participate in preparing consolidated accounts and Annual Report for the LEO Pharma Group in accordance with IFRS and Danish GAAP
- Ensuring External Reporting Compliance
- Participate in the implementation of new IFRS standards, preparing and enhancing LEO Pharma’s GAAP Guidelines, prepare and conduct LEO Pharma’s GAAP Trainings and support the business and finance community
- Contact to auditors and prepare documentation for auditors
- Drive and be responsible for strategic - and development projects, i.e. M&A projects, to ensure compliance with IFRS
- Participate in developing the future reporting set-up
- Financial controlling of subsidiaries
Qualifications
We imagine you have a finance degree, such as cand.merc.aud. or similar. You have 5+ years IFRS experience from another International company or experience from IFRS reporting from an audit firm.
It is important that you can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks as well as running projects with a lot of different stakeholders. Further, you have professional English skills – both oral and written.
You act with integrity and accountability, take initiative and ownership and can work with limited supervision. It is an advantage if you have experience with BPC Consolidation.
On a personal level, your positive, systematic and analytic way to work ensures that you strive to find the best solution to a process or problem, no matter the tasks. You see the big picture but are able to zoom in on details when required. You have drive and are motivated by solving both complex issues but also solving daily “hands-on” tasks in high quality.
