We are looking for a Business Process Controller to join Order to Cash Finance – a part of Group Accounting. You will work in a stimulating environment with plenty of challenges and development opportunities with the chance to influence your own role.
Your Responsibilities
As a Business Process Controller in OtC Finance you will be a part of a team that is responsible for strengthening the Global financial OtC processes within the affiliate sales area along with monthly reporting & internal controls.
Tasks will include:
Support LEO affiliates with invoicing, i.e. handle all daily operation related to sales and inventory adjustments, to ensure all activities are reflected complete and accurate in LEO’s books. Perform key internal controls and monthly controlling related to sales, price and stock with high independency and quality. Ensure that OtC Finance follows requirements and recommendations appointed by the financial auditors and at any time secure that OtC Finance is audit ready. Participate actively in ongoing optimization of routines and methods in collaboration with team colleagues, i.e. robotics development Address, and, if necessary, drive and act as ‘focus-lead’ on various ad-hoc tasks/projects related to area of responsibility
You will be “one point of contact” for some of the entities in the LEO Pharma Group and handle all OtC issues related to these entities. The position will give you a large interface across the international organization and with external partners.
Qualifications
You have a finance degree, eg. HD(R) or cand.merc.aud., and have accounting and/or financial controlling experience. Hence, your financial toolbox is in place, including working with MS Office.
If you know the Order to Cash flow from another production company, this will be a clear advantage. You possess good analytical skills and have a good sense for details.
Experience as an auditor or from a similar Controlling function is an advantage while SAP very experienced/super user and a high degree of Excel data handling skills, is a must.
You have a good sense of humor and a positive approach. Furthermore, you should thrive in a changeable environment, where you will need to help establish and optimise new processes, while at the same time deliver on the specific tasks - sometimes with short deadlines. It is important that you can work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks as well as run projects with a lot of different stakeholders. Finally, as part of an international business you should be fluent in English.

You will be part of a highly dedicated team of 5+ OtC Controllers in Group Accounting located at LEO Pharma’s headquarters in Ballerup. We are part of Group Accounting with a total of more than 20 highly competent colleagues.
