Financial Controlling of business units, simplifying, align and help build global best practices
You are entering the team at exciting times where transformation is taking place. Finance is undergoing a changed structure supporting an increased global approach throughout Nilfisk. All finance functions in local markets are in process of being built into one global finance organization.
The change is rooted in the Nilfisk Next strategy, where becoming “a global company” is one of three strategic objectives. Nilfisk Next requires strong support from Finance, and by simplifying our structure at Group level, we will become more focused, and act as a stronger partner and advisor to the business.
The team is responsible for the financial reporting and controlling of all business units globally, Financial Consolidation and Performance Systems, internal controls and many ad hoc tasks. The team reports to Head of Group Financial Reporting & Control.
The position opens for working with financial reporting, financial controlling and internal controls in a listed global company with the full value chain from development to sales. You will act as financial partner to several international reporting entities and as part of the team being responsible for the consolidated financial reporting and compliance.
To accommodate a close relationship with the Finance Managers around the world, you get the opportunity to travel approx. 20 days yearly.
Auditor ready for the next step
You have professional experience as an Auditor from one of the big auditing firms where you have been working with large international preferably listed companies and/or a few years of experience as a Financial Controller. Further you have the following skills or areas of interest:

Auditor ready for the next step
You have professional experience as an Auditor from one of the big auditing firms where you have been working with large international preferably listed companies and/or a few years of experience as a Financial Controller. Further you have the following skills or areas of interest:
- IFRS understanding
- Accounting understanding and ability to analyse financial reports
- Monthly, quarter and yearly reports experience
- Consolidation and internal control knowledge
- Good skills in Excel
- Fluency in English, verbally and in writing
