Glycom in Esbjerg is looking for an experienced senior site controller to support the business in the areas of manufacturing and technology. You will be a key Finance Business Partner for the local operations management team.
You will report to the VP Finance DNP Operations (Switzerland) but will operate as an integrated part of local operations in Esbjerg and Hørsholm as well as within the regional operations control team, and among other work on optimizing and harmonizing financial processes and systems as well as reporting and implementing best practices on a SAP platform.

Job content
Finance, administration, and reporting
- Monitor and report the consolidated CAPEX and OPEX financials, including budgeting and forecasting, and provide business analysis to local and regional management
- Lead product costing / raw material / cycle design and output consumption analysis
- Review business cases and provide support to the digital transformation etc.
- Review capital proposals and finalize IRR assessments
- Inventory, CAPEX/Projects, and Net Working Capital forecasting
- Functional Cost Reporting to various business teams and service units and Global Process Owners
Strategy
- Support defining the operations and production site strategy
- Performance management for the operations and site organization(s) in scope
- Support business and operations management in relevant projects (e.g. M&A, large CAPEX projects, contracts, optimization projects, reorganizations)
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and/or CMA, CPA, MBA
- Senior finance professional with broad knowledge of and track record in finance and control processes in various businesses and manufacturing environments
- Preferably extensive working knowledge of SAP in a process manufacturing environment
- Familiar with Lean and Sig Sixma methodologies
- Good English skills
