Do you want to work in an important strategic business area in one of Denmark's largest companies? And do you want to be part of an ambitious and professionally team, whose responsibility is to support the business development? Then this position as senior business controller may be for you.
One of DLG Group's three strategic business areas are Vitamins and Minerals, which are gathered under our sister company Vilofoss Group. We are looking for a self-propelled and energetic senior business controller to handle reliable and accurate management reporting, preparation of business analyses, analysis of accounting issues, as well as manage and execute various internal project tasks, all of which help to support the business development.
Your primary tasks
You will be part of a controlling and finance team in the Danish Vilofoss company with three colleagues and will also work closely with local financial controllers and finance managers in the Vilofoss Group´s subsidiaries among others in Germany, France, Spain, Benelux and DLG Group controlling with whom we share 'house'.
Self-propelled and analytical Senior Business Controller with good accounting understanding
We imagine that du have min. 6-8 years of experience as a Business Controller in a larger company, preferably with manufacturing exposure, and a relevant educational background, such as cand.merc. or HD. As you also will work with financial tasks, you do have experience with accounting, monthly reporting, and year ends.
You are characterized by being proactive, self-driving and you work in a structured manner with a focus on your deadlines. It is important that you with your good analytical skills, business acumen and understanding of accounting principles can quickly see-through complex issues. You thrive in a dynamic everyday life with many ongoing projects where all tasks are not fixed. In addition, you work well in cooperation with Danish and foreign colleagues, whom you challenge constructively with the goal of achieving the best result together.
You speak and write an effortless English. You have extensive experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and are a super user in Excel. Do you also have experience within SAP, it is an advantage. You are flexible about working hours and workload, and you should expect 20-30 travel days a year.

- Prepare internal analyses, budget follow-up and management reporting
- KPI follow-up and benchmark analyses on global sales and production units
- Finalize financial statements for monthly reporting and year-end
- Consolidate financial statements, budgets and forecasts
- Be a sparring partner to management, subsidiaries across the organization on issues related to business controlling and accounting
- Manage and execute internal projects
