Are you passionate about working with complex economy tasks and challenges in a high-tech environment? In Terma Group you have the chance to work with complex cost allocation models and calculation of rates and factors that need to be audited according to the FAR15 regulations. You will be working from both our headquarter in Lystrup and our manufacturing company in Grenaa, providing you with significant insight in the business of Denmark’s biggest defense company.
In this position, you will report to Senior Director, Performance Management and you will become part of a professional and dedicated team with 6 local colleagues. The team includes colleagues with different ages, seniority, nationality and responsibilities which contribute to an open atmosphere with a high degree of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Key responsibility and tasks
In order to excel with your daily tasks, you will be working closely together with your colleagues and other parts of the organization, aiming at understanding the cost structure and identifying measures with the potential of increasing our earnings.
More specifically your tasks will include:
Desired skills and experience
Considering the level of responsibility and competency requirements for this position, we expect that you have 2-3 years of experience from a similar job and an educational foundation as Cand.merc or similar relevant degree within Finance/Economics.
As we are working with vast amounts of data in an increasingly digitalized setup, it is paramount that you are skilled in using financial systems and IT tools in general.
Moreover, you should thrive in working with complex tasks and be a quick learner in order to quickly grasp the developments in both our finance and reporting setup.
Finally, we also expect that you master Excel on a fairly high level, and are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.

Bear in mind that candidates for this position must be able to obtain a security clearance by the Danish Defence Intelligence Service. This entails that candidates, as a minimum, have stayed within NATO/EU for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad.

Key responsibility and tasks
In order to excel with your daily tasks, you will be working closely together with your colleagues and other parts of the organization, aiming at understanding the cost structure and identifying measures with the potential of increasing our earnings.
More specifically your tasks will include:
- Calculation of rates and factors for Terma Group and underlying companies
- Being responsible for government audits on rates and factors and direct costs
- Developing and maintaining a re-allocated overhead model between Terma companies and business areas
- Conducting profitability analysis on customers and business areas by making use of an absorption-based approach
- Various ad-hoc analyses
