Join a friendly team that is ready for change
You will join our Group Finance team consisting of 6 colleagues at our HQ in Hedehusene and 1 in Poland. As 1 of your colleagues is also working with statutory accounting, the two of you will work in close collaboration. In general, your new team is highly supportive of new colleagues and ready to help you settle in.
Just within the last year, we have added various new companies to our portfolio – and we know that there are more to come, which means that you can look forward to a changing environment.

An exciting mix of controlling and statutory accounting
You will be responsible for various controlling tasks as well as our statutory accounting. Because of our financial cycle, you will be working with statutory accounting from September to May, while you will be working with controlling all year round.

You will be responsible for various controlling tasks as well as our statutory accounting. Because of our financial cycle, you will be working with statutory accounting from September to May, while you will be working with controlling all year round.
Depending on the time of year, you will:
- Go through the numbers in advance of our annual reporting, discuss adjustments, advice your controlling colleagues and prepare reports
- Manage complex areas across the team, e.g., investments in subsidiaries and intercompany accounting
- Prepare budgets, financial statements and forecasts and go through them with the various directors from the Danish branch of DSV
You know the local GAAP – we will teach you the rest
You enjoy working in an environment where everything is not set in stone, and your proactive approach means that you manage to ensure compliance and meet deadlines in this kind of setting. And you are equally openminded and excited when it comes to working within a multinational environment.
We also imagine that you:
- Have a deep knowledge of the Danish GAAP and are preferably an ACA, ACCA or CIMA-qualified accountant
- Have some years of experience from an auditor or have worked with statutory accounting in an international company
- Speak and write Danish and English fluently
