ESG Controller - with finance experience

As part of this team, your role will be to develop, mature, and implement ESG reporting and controlling in close collaboration with the sustainability- and external reporting team.
Hands-on work across reporting, compliance, and optimization of processes
You will be managing stakeholder relationship for ESG business areas and thereby providing input for the annual, quarterly, and monthly reports to ensure they are compliant and timely delivered.
Additionally, you are responsible for driving the agenda of developing ESG accounting policies, controls, and documentation.

- Be advisor and partner with stakeholders across Royal Unibrew Group
- Define target KPIs into measurable targets and data
- Conducting annual audits and preparing for the annual report
- Ensuring compliance with new legislation and following up on regulatory changes,
In addition, the role involves:
- Developing a clear understanding of performance metrics that can be effectively communicated to management and sales teams to drive profitability and support strategic decision making.
- Optimizing reporting practices to ensure efficient and effective reporting, leveraging your specialist expertise.
Reporting experience & flair for communicating with various stakeholders

- An academic degree in economy, finance, business or similar
- Experience with controlling or reporting & interest in ESG
- Preferably, good understanding of consolidation
- A digital mindset and a natural curiosity towards new technologies, tools etc.
- Fluency in English, written and spoken (Danish skills are not a requirement but an advantage)
