Skilled Bookkeeper for Accounting
Would you like to be a part of a finance team in an international actionsport e-commerce business? Do you have an eye for details, enjoy working with payments, accounting and bookkeeping tasks?
Then you might be the bookkeeper that we are looking for at SkatePro.
POSITION
As a bookkeeper your responsibilities are to accurately record day-to-day financial transactions, ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments.
You will be working closely with a team of 7 skilled colleagues and will communicate with relevant stakeholders. You will report to our Finance Teamleader.
YOUR TASKS
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Record payments within various payment methods
- Update and establish new payment methods
- Recording of cost creditors
- Reconciliation of debtors and creditors
- Reconciliation, reporting and payment of VAT in various countries
- Report data for e.g. Intrastat and VIES in various countries
- Develop, implement and monitor RPA
- Finalise monthly closings
- Provide other tasks within bookkeeping and administration
YOUR PROFILE
We imagine that you already work in a finance department, and have experience in bookkeeping and accounting tasks. You possess a high degree of accuracy, work systematically and give attention to details. We expect you find motivation working with office robots, as this will be an integrated part of the work processes in the department. Besides that, we wish that you have the following qualifications;
Professional qualifications
- You have proved bookkeeping experience
- You have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- You have an education within accounting, finance or similar
- You have insight in VAT rules and procedures
- You have proficiency in Excel
- You are fluent in English both written and verbal
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamic C5 is a big advantage
- Advantage if you have knowledge of OsCommerce
- Advantage if you have knowledge of RPA and robotics within finances

- You like to work in an international environment
- You are structured and persistent
- You have a high degree of accuracy and attention to details
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and busy environment
- You are a strong team player and can work independently

PRACTICAL INFORMATION
- Workplace is at our headquarter in Søften, just outside Aarhus
- Working hours: 37 hours a week
- Starting date is as soon as possible
