Are you ready to take your technical and analytical skills to the next level? We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated BI Controller to join our team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our data foundation, working with developers and users to continuously improve our data quality and accessibility, creating valuable insights to drive better decision-making.
The BI department aims to deliver timely, high-quality insights and continuously improve data reporting. We empower colleagues with easy-to-understand and accessible insights for success.

As a BI Controller, you aim to provide high-quality actionable insights to empower data-driven decision-making, enhancing business performance. You will be working in a dynamic team with a broad area of tasks. In your role, you will:

As a BI Controller, you work analytically and methodically with great attention to detail. Ideally, you have experience with SQL databases and advanced Excel functions. You're not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo. You thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy both individual and team efforts, and always aim to set your colleagues up for success while contributing to a positive work atmosphere.

We are part of a larger team in Group Controlling where we share knowledge and assist one another whenever needed. Key Responsibilities
As a BI Controller, you aim to provide high-quality actionable insights to empower data-driven decision-making, enhancing business performance. You will be working in a dynamic team with a broad area of tasks. In your role, you will:
- Assist and oversee backend BI infrastructure developments and maintain frontend analytical models.
- Build error-checking models to improve reporting quality.
- Innovate BI processes, analytics, and data visualisation techniques by identifying improvement opportunities.
- Provide business stakeholders with insights and ad hoc analytics using MS Excel and BI applications such as Targit or Power BI.
- Train and support end-users to effectively use BI tools and reports.

- Advanced experience with Excel is required.
- Experience with SQL is an advantage, but not required.
