Welcome to Pelican! Join our growing business and take on this new position as Student Assistant in our Finance & Accounting department.
JOIN OUR DYNAMIC TEAM AND GAIN VALUABLE WORK EXPERIENCE
Based in our Copenhagen office you will work mainly with account payable and general accounting tasks like:
• Performing coding of invoices into approval flow in the ERP system
• Maintaining active contact across different departments in the company and ensuring correct coding of accounts payable transactions
• Assistance with bank payments
• Assistance with accounts receivables
• Assistance with ad-hoc month closing and general accounting tasks
YOU ARE CURIOUS AND A QUICK LEARNER
In order to be successful in this position, you should be structured, service minded and a good team player. We are currently implementing new systems and processes and you will thrive in the role if you are curious to know how our systems and organization works. It is not required that you previously have worked with finance or accounting, but it is a plus if you quickly can learn our company structure and master our ERP-system.
It is not essential that you are fluent in Danish, but you should be able to read Danish. Knowledge of Swedish or Finnish languages would be an advantage.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Salary: Hourly salary based on qualifications
You will be employed directly at Pelican in a permanent position of around 15-20 hours per week. You will work from our head office in Vesterbro.
StudentConsulting will handle the recruitment process. In this process we check your criminal record and references and conduct a personality test. Please forward your grade transcript with your application.
