As ATR expert, you will lead engagement with accounting to reporting team for assigned finance platform, partner with ATR team to create a vision, translate team vision into roadmap and will be responsible for end to end deliveries of the team on best suited technical platforms in alignment with Maersk enterprise strategy. Maersk is operating in more than 130 countries across the world and with rapidly and constantly changing business and technology environment, ATR expert role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the vision and implementation of ATR solutions for Maersk group.
In this role, you will be part of the Maersk Technology team working with lines of business such as Ocean, logistics, services & terminals.

• Technology delivery partner with Maersk ATR team for finance & tax platform
• Key member for the S4hana implementation program in ATR
• Help create vision in partnership with finance ATR function and platform product owners
• Translate vision into roadmap and lead end to end deliveries in alignment within technology architecture framework
• Actively collaborate with other platform product owners and Lead Engineers to understand the impact on ATR and ensure accounting needs are delivered
• Manage the platform product backlog as per prioritization based on business needs, creation of backlog items and mapping out dependencies in collaboration with users and customers
• Work closely with development teams in Agile way of working; contribute to the planning, execution and review of each sprint and work with the team to refine and improve the development process.
• Evaluating product progress accountable for each stage of the development process and the final product. Inspect and evaluate product progress at each iteration, determine whether final product is acceptable. Performance of product in general, includes example value delivery, user satisfaction, performance of the support process, compliance, cost, stability of the product and deployment/roll-out performance.
• Contribute to developing platform and agile practices across Maersk
• Ensure governance is followed in change deployment, IT budgeting and manage relationship with vendors where relevant
You have:
• Solid experience working as SAP FICO expert / Architect / FICO lead
• Experience in implementing large and complex SAP Projects with role as finance lead or Architect
• In depth domain knowledge in the finance process and FICO modules
• Experience in working with ATR business process/activity owners in understanding business requirement and solution design
• Experience with S4HANA implementation is must
• Experience in modules of SAP FI/CO, General Ledger, Tax, A/A, A/P, Asset Accounting, Master Data Governance and Migration, Banking & Treasury, Revenue Recognition (RAR) Controlling modules
• Experience of working with SAP MM, SD, HR, FI-CA, Concur integration with FICO
• Experience of working with SAP BRIM setup is an advantage
• Experience in AI and robotics will be an advantage
• Experience of large and complex Programs is must
• Experience in developing roadmap for ATR
• Experience in working with Agile, Scrum and waterfall delivery models
• Good problem solving & communication skills
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Finance or IT related discipline
• Collaborative mindset across business functions
• Agile mindset & open to change & ability to work in ambiguous environment
