A very interesting opportunity where you will act as the New Finance and Tax Platform Release Manager.
You will be responsible for delivering the scope agreed with the NFTP global template and program management team and to make sure that delivery is done in accordance to agreed timeline and budget.

You will be overall responsible of the Release Planning in collaboration with the Program Management, Global Template team and other Release Leads.
You will manage the deliverables (backlog) in the release and ensure release milestones are achieved.
Other key tasks:
• Manage the scope of the release according to agreed budget and quality
• Ensure delivery of the release as per Global Template guidelines
• Mange risks and issues on a release level and escalate when appropriate to program management
• Ensure overall resources capacity within the release to meet program objectives within budget, scope and timeline, in collaboration with the platform product owners
• Coordinate with the other Release Leads to address dependencies, align release plans and ensure quality of the end-to-end solution
• Coaching of release members in an agile way of working
• Ensure that the defined approach, tools, templates and methodology for each of the program phases are followed by the teams
• Actively participate and support the release team in their key activities.

The ideal candidate will have very good project management skills, preferably agile methodologies such as PMI, SCRUM, and ITIL.
You have prior experience with SAP (ECC or S/4HANA) implementation projects as well as good understanding finance & accounting processes (OTC, PTP, ATR, TAX, Cash & Bank, Risk & Control and Management reporting)
Furthermore you:
• Have Team Management skills
• Can set clear objectives and are determined to meet these objectives
• Can work independently and at the same time demonstrate drive and team/cross-team collaboration
• Are a self-starter, striving for continuous process improvements and hold attention to the detail.
You have excellent intercultural and problem solving skills combined with excellent written and verbal skills in English.
