You will get responsibilities that will help you learn, develop, build, and apply new knowledge within several areas, and you will have great opportunities to build relationships across the multinational student community at Maersk.

Your role will be part of the Finance Transformation Project Office.
As part of our team you will be supporting in leading and driving forward the programme governance and change across our finance organization.
The individual workstreams support our finance transformation on all aspects from ways of working and processes to the people aspect, training and having the right technological platform.
Key tasks:
• Support with programme governance and reporting requirements e.g. RAID management, planning, onboarding, development of practices and procedures
• Presentations and reporting
• Ad-hoc workstream and transformation initiative support e.g. design and development of finance process work
• Help build strong relationships and creditability within our finance organization
• Plan end support programme team activities
• Work closely with our Programme Change and Communication, and Business Case Specialist to understand our stakeholder’s need

The perfect fit for the role is a person who is structured, detail-oriented, and motivated to work in culturally versatile business environment.
You:
• Are in the first year of your master’s
• Preferable have a bachelor or master’s degree taught in English
• Have excellent organisation- and planning skills
• Have good Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Are detail-oriented, good stakeholder management skills and interested in understanding finance processes
• Feel comfortable navigating an unknown area, is quick learner and enjoy working in a complex environment
• Are very service-minded, proactive and enjoy working with people from diverse background and building relationships
You are expected to work approximately 15-20 hours per week (with due consideration to your studies).
