ABOUT THE JOB
You will become part of the Finance team and will report directly to Head of Finance. You will oversee our Accounts Payable function and will work closely both with your colleagues in the Finance department and other colleagues across the organization. To succeed in this role, it is important that you take ownership of your tasks and take pride in paying suppliers on time.
Your main tasks will include:

We expect that you have previous experience from a similar position or have recently graduated from a relevant education. You have strong IT & Excel skills, and you are well spoken in Danish & English. On a personal level you thrive in an energetic environment with many tasks at the same time, and still see the bigger picture and keep deadlines.

- Taking care of distribution of supplier invoices in our invoice management system Nova
- Posting invoices in our finance system Dynamics NAV
- Reconciliation of creditor accounts
- Contribute to developing and streamlining our accounts payable processes
- Assist the Head of Finance with various cost control initiatives
- Supply operational departments with necessary information
WE EXPECT
