Then you could be our new Finance Business Process Manager.

As part of an exciting journey for rolling on Dynamics 365 as Svitzer’s global finance platform, we are looking for a Finance Business Process Manager to join our global project team, mainly located in Copenhagen. You shall plan and implement Dynamics 365 across the world including provide training and support to the finance users.

You report directly to our Head of Finance in Svitzer HQ and will work closely with our Business Process Owners in Finance, IT, Commercial and Procurement as well as with colleagues in the local and regional offices.

This job provides you with a unique development opportunity, where you play an instrumental role in the implementation of an important strategic project that exposes you to a wide range of decision makers within our organization.

Key responsibilities


• Plan and execute roll-out in close collaboration with the Project Manager and the other Business Process Owners responsible for the Dynamics 365 roll-out
• Ensure Dynamics 365 implementation adheres to the global template across Svitzer
• Handle Dynamics 365 configuration related to localisation requirements and act as gate keeper to ensure that only valid requirements are accepted
• Train super users on accounting-to-reporting processes and update training materials and process descriptions as required
• Prepare process mapping and implementation of global processes in line with the end-to-end processes designed for Dynamics 365
• Guide and support regional/local finance organisation during the roll-out phase including provide data migration support
• Handle communication to various stakeholders
• Support change management efforts
• Support global standardisation of finance master data in current set-up, when relevant (e.g. Chart of Accounts)

You are a self-starter and proactively reach out to stakeholders for inspiration and input. You communicate in a manner that is aligned with our company values, are a keen team player, collaborative and able to communicate at all levels of our organization. You are at ease in an international setting with colleagues from different cultures, and you can communicate, educate and motivate your team members to meet expectations and deadlines.

You might have a background as a Finance Manager, Business Analyst within finance or Finance Consultant and have at least a few years’ experience with process management, system implementation and change management in a global organization.
