This position offers you an opportunity to work in a diverse and ambitious finance team in Sealand – A Maersk Company.
You will be building a platform for growing your future career and, in addition to working with administrative tasks, be introduced to the systems and procedures used in financial accounting, reporting and forecasting in the Maersk Group.
The working hours are 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility during exam and project periods.
You will have the opportunity to improve your interpersonal and communication skills by interacting with colleagues and stakeholders in one the biggest and most multi-cultural companies in Denmark.

You will be working in the Business Finance team who is responsible for Finance Partnering with our business. We provide visibility and advise to the business while keeping a firm eye on the overall performance of the company.
You will primarily be interacting with colleagues in headquarter (HQ) as well as our stakeholders in the Clusters around Europe and The Mediterranean. On top of that you will work closely with our colleagues in our Global Service Center.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Monthly reporting and analysis of our Ocean network cost, delivering valuable support to our business stakeholders.
• Transforming data into new insights that drive business value.
• Working closely with our Finance Business Partners in optimizing, standardising, and automating our reporting.
• Contact point for Service Centre in India on parts of our reporting pack.
• Supporting and owning part of our automation digitalization journey.
We are looking for a pro-active, detailed, and quality oriented individual.
You can work independently and take responsibility for your assignments.
You are at ease at managing multiple and changing priorities and can keep a good overview even during busy periods.
You are a third year Bachelor or first year Master student in Economics, Finance, Business
Administration or related area.
You should possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and have a good understanding of how to get the most out of BI tools like Power BI.
English is our working language so a high level of spoken and written English is required. Danish is not required but beneficial for reading correspondence from authorities.
