An essential prerequisite for this is to understand the processes of a project-oriented operation. Furthermore, it is an advantage to know of International development projects or Due Diligence / Impact Assessment in the area of Environment and Health. You will join our Business Finance function
Business Finance delivers business controlling, project controlling and project administration to all Ramboll’s businesses operating in Denmark.
We work in different teams, based on geography, expertise or internal stakeholders. Our keywords are job-satisfaction, independence, responsibility and knowledge sharing, which all contribute to the personal development of each individual employee.
Business Finance consists of 55 employees and the majority work in our head office in Copenhagen. As our new colleague you will be part of our Controlling department within Business Finance consisting of 18 employees. You will report to the Head of Controlling and your workplace will be Copenhagen.

You will join our Business Finance function

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Be a trusted Business Partner to the Global Division Director
- Drive the Global Division monthly closing process, validate local reporting and line management reporting
- Drive Global Division business planning, budgeting and forecasting processes
- Monitor business results and provide deviation reports to the Finance Director
- Follow-up, problem-solving and investigation of ad-hoc financial matters
- Support business cases, scenarios, etc.
- Utilize your networking skills effectively to work and coordinate with the local Business Finance teams located outside Denmark to ensure the Global Division is receiving the necessary support
- Facilitate compliance with Business Finance processes, business tools, etc. Best practice sharing including training and support to local Controllers
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the Business Finance services to Global Divisions
- Be an active team member in the Danish Business Finance organisation

- A relevant master’s degree e.g. Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Master of Economics or similar
- We expect you to have significant and relevant professional experience e.g. as a Business Controller, +5 years
- Fluent English, spoken as well as written, is a prerequisite
