Job description:
The person we are seeking will mainly handle all aspects of the invoicing process, such as registering, approval according to supplier contracts, and booking of invoices. Contact to suppliers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Greenland as well as contact to our main partner’s accounting staff in Thailand and Indonesia.
In addition to this; normal office work, such as regular mail handling, typing/printing of travel documents, e.g. vouchers, name lists and itineraries.
Qualifications:
Solid experience in the Microsoft Office package is a must.
Good with numbers.
Fluent in English, as English is our office language. Knowledge of any of the Scandinavian languages (incl. Danish) or Baltic languages is an advantage but not a must.
Experience in Accounting and/or office work would be an advantage, but a healthy interest and willingness to learn will do as well.
Job Profile:
We are looking for a person, who is willing and eager to work, open and outgoing and with a great sense of responsibility, good with numbers and an interest in accounting. If the applicant has experience in accounting it’s a bonus, but it is not necessary to do the work, as we will provide the relevant training.
We offer:
The position is for the time being a part time position (25 hours pr week/5 days – but can be discussed). You will report to the Accounts Manager.
Salary will be according to qualifications. Starting date as soon as possible but latest 1. April 2023.
Place of work: We will be moving to new premises in March/April so place of work will be in Amager, next to Femøren Metro station.
