You will join our Business Finance department
Business Finance, a part of Ramboll Support Organisation consists of 55 employees and the majority work in our head office in Copenhagen. As our new Cost Controller for Facility Management (FM) you will be part of our business and project controlling team consisting of 12 controllers that supports the business across Denmark. You will report to the Team Lead.
FM Denmark services our offices in Denmark, covering all FM areas such as building maintenance, canteen, hospitality, office cleaning etc.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
In your role, you will be primarily collaborating with head of FM function in Denmark and acting as a sparring partner on FM costs as well as facilitate communication between local and global function.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Act as a sparring partner and finance single point of contact for FM DK Team
- Proactively drive business partnering agenda towards head of FM in Denmark and other key stakeholders on e.g. large strategic projects, etc.
- Plan and coordinate the budget and forecast processes for the head of FM and his team in Denmark
- Coordinate and manage the monthly closing process for FM DK, including budget and forecast follow up and management reporting
- Support and direct the ongoing financial evaluation process to ensure proper reflection of financial results
- Participate in 3rd party meetings to ensure financial transparency and support for FM team
- Participate in development and alignment of the Ramboll FM cost controller role in general
In your role, you will be primarily collaborating with head of FM function in Denmark and acting as a sparring partner on FM costs as well as facilitate communication between local and global function.

- A relevant master’s degree e.g. Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration, Master of Economics or similar
- We expect you to have 3-5 years of relevant cost controlling experience (experience and interest with FM controlling is a plus)
- Fluent Danish and English, spoken as well as written, is a prerequisite
